Mobile Service Requirements
Clinical & Professional Standards
Medical Clearance: For all post-operative MLD sessions, medical clearance from your surgeon is required prior to our first visit.
Conduct: This is a strictly clinical and professional practice. Any inappropriate behavior or remarks will result in the immediate termination of the session at full cost to the client.
Intake Forms: A thorough medical intake and signed liability waiver must be completed 24 hours before my arrival.
Logistics & Accessibility
Parking: Dedicated, close-proximity parking (within 50 feet of the entrance) is required for unloading heavy clinical equipment.
Stairs: Please disclose if there is more than one flight of stairs between the parking area and the setup space.
Space: A cleared area of approximately 7' x 10' is needed to accommodate the professional massage table and allow for ease of movement.
Safety: Please ensure the floor and pathways are free of clutter or tripping hazards prior to my arrival.
Hydration: I recommend increasing your water intake for 24 hours leading up to your session to support optimal lymphatic drainage.
